Get Right Physio

Ready to love what you do again?

A physiotherapy career built on autonomy, relationships, and purpose.

At Get Right Physio, we believe physiotherapy is at its best when therapists have the time, autonomy, and support to deliver truly patient-centred care.

Whether you’re coming from a clinic environment, hospital setting, or balancing multiple roles, we offer an opportunity to build long-term therapeutic relationships, choose your schedule, and practice in a way that aligns with your values.

One-on-one care

Continuity of care

Autonomy with support

Independence without isolation

We predominantly work with older adults and individuals with mobility challenges, many of whom cannot easily access clinic-based care. Your work directly impacts quality of life, every single visit.

A Different Kind of Independence

At Get Right Physio, independence doesn’t mean being on your own.

You’ll have:

  • responsive admin team handling scheduling, billing, and coordination

  • Clear systems and communication

  • Fair, transparent compensation

  • A practice that absorbs operational risk so you can focus on care

Many therapists tell us that they’ve felt genuinely supported while still having control over their work.

Ideal for Therapists Who:

  • Are feeling burned out by high-volume clinic models

  • Want flexibility while maintaining clinical excellence

  • Enjoy working with seniors and complex cases

  • Value professionalism, ethics, and human connection

  • Want their work to feel meaningful, not transactional

This is based on information gathered after the initial assessment appointment however it is comprised of, but not limited to, any of the following:

Yes, we provide electronic receipts via email after each session which includes a billing number that can be submitted to your extended healthcare provider to claim the service.

It’s quite normal to feel sore after a physiotherapy session, especially if the session involves exercises, manual therapy, or other interventions that target specific muscles or areas of the body. The soreness is usually mild to moderate and may feel like stiffness, tenderness, or discomfort in the muscles that were worked during the session. It’s a sign that your body is adapting to the exercises or therapy provided, and it often indicates that your muscles are getting stronger or more flexible.

Yes! It’s understandable that most people prefer to have passive treatments such as acupuncture or manual therapy as the onus of work falls on the practitioner, but most scientific literatures supports active therapy as an important part of the rehab process.

Yes, we have the capability to submit a treatment plan through Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) and once approved, treatment sessions can begin.

    • No, we currently do not offer this.
    • However, we will provide you with a detailed receipt which includes all the information required for you to submit to your insurance company to get reimbursed.
    • This is more commonplace now with appointment-based services like ours, as we need a credit card on file to secure any appointments (in case of any last-minute cancellations as we do have limited spots + makes billing easier moving forward).
    • The credit card information is stored securely with Jane (the software we use for our appointments, billing, etc.) & used by healthcare providers across Canada (we don’t see your CC info once you’ve input it into the system)

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Our goal is to provide quality healthcare to all our clients in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.

Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full visit to the card on file.

    Unfortunately, we are currently not.

You do not need a referral from your doctor prior to attending physiotherapy, as physiotherapists are considered primary health care providers. However, some insurance companies do require a referral from your doctor in order for you to be reimbursed for expenses.

Please let us know if you have any further questions. We look forward to helping you achieve your physiotherapy treatment goals!
