Cancellation & Refund Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The reason for this is because our goal is to provide quality healthcare to all of our clients in a timely manner. So when you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Late cancellations impact your therapist’s schedule and it’s unlikely we can fill the gap in his/her schedule on short notice to provide healthcare to someone else on our waitlist to meet their goals as we strive to help as many people as possible.

 

Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the appointment fee.

 

Please note: you are not able to claim missed appointment charges under your extended health benefits.
