Yes, we provide electronic receipts via email after each session which includes a billing number that can be submitted to your extended healthcare provider to claim the service.

It’s quite normal to feel sore after a physiotherapy session, especially if the session involves exercises, manual therapy, or other interventions that target specific muscles or areas of the body. The soreness is usually mild to moderate and may feel like stiffness, tenderness, or discomfort in the muscles that were worked during the session. It’s a sign that your body is adapting to the exercises or therapy provided, and it often indicates that your muscles are getting stronger or more flexible.
Yes! It’s understandable that most people prefer to have passive treatments such as acupuncture or manual therapy as the onus of work falls on the practitioner, but most scientific literatures supports active therapy as an important part of the rehab process.
Yes, we have the capability to submit a treatment plan through Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) and once approved, treatment sessions can begin.
    • No, we currently do not offer this.
    • However, we will provide you with a detailed receipt which includes all the information required for you to submit to your insurance company to get reimbursed.
    • This is more commonplace now with appointment-based services like ours, as we need a credit card on file to secure any appointments (in case of any last-minute cancellations as we do have limited spots + makes billing easier moving forward).
    • The credit card information is stored securely with Jane (the software we use for our appointments, billing, etc.) & used by healthcare providers across Canada (we don’t see your CC info once you’ve input it into the system)

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Our goal is to provide quality healthcare to all our clients in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.

Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full visit to the card on file.

    Unfortunately, we are currently not.

You do not need a referral from your doctor prior to attending physiotherapy, as physiotherapists are considered primary health care providers. However, some insurance companies do require a referral from your doctor in order for you to be reimbursed for expenses.

Please let us know if you have any further questions. We look forward to helping you achieve your physiotherapy treatment goals!

My mom was so impressed with the service that she received. Claudia was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and kind. She delivered great results while making my mom feel comfortable the entire time. This was hands-down one of the best experiences she has had in physiotherapy and she would recommend Claudia to anyone who is looking for top-quality care.

She helped me through many ailments (shoulder, back, knee, hip) with patience and humour and took the time to fully explain the injuries and how the treatments would work to remediate them. I can't say enough good things about her passion and work ethic.
