Our attendance policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Why We Have This Policy
When you book an appointment with Get Right Physio, a dedicated time is reserved specifically for you, and your physiotherapist plans their schedule and travel accordingly.
Late cancellations and missed appointments affect not only your physiotherapist’s time but also our ability to offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting for care.
Consistent attendance is also an important part of rehabilitation, helping clients maintain progress toward their treatment goals.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a fee equal to the full appointment cost.
We understand that unexpected illnesses, medical emergencies, and other circumstances can arise, particularly given the clients and families we serve. While our policy applies to all appointments, we recognize that exceptional situations may warrant individual consideration.
If something unexpected occurs, please notify our administrative team as soon as possible.
Please note: Cancellation and missed appointment fees cannot be claimed through extended health insurance benefits.
How to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment
To ensure all appointment changes are properly documented and communicated to your physiotherapist, cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by email.
